The 90-Day Business Guarantee is available on Power ($499/mo) and Pro Max ($999/mo) plans. It requires continuous use of the platform during the 90-day period and a genuine effort to integrate AI into your operations.
We are not looking for reasons to deny a refund. We are looking for reasons to make the product work for you. If it does not, we would rather give your money back than keep a customer who is not getting value.
Top-up credit purchases are non-refundable, as those are consumed on use. The guarantee covers your subscription payments.
