Sinora is operated by WCA Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sinora platform, including all related services, features, and content.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at care@sinora.ai.
We offer multiple subscription tiers, each with a monthly credit allocation. Current plan details, pricing, and included credits are available on our Pricing page. Plan availability, pricing, and credit allocations are subject to change. Any changes to your active plan will be communicated in advance.
We may offer a limited free trial with a introductory credit allocation. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription plan will begin and your payment method will be charged.
Each interaction with the platform consumes credits. The cost per interaction varies based on the type of request, the model used, and the complexity of the task. Credit usage rates are displayed within the platform and may be adjusted as we add new capabilities or optimize existing ones.
Subscription credits are use-it-or-lose-it. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
You can purchase additional credits at any time through the customer portal. Top-up credits are added to a separate balance that does not expire at the end of your billing cycle. Current top-up pricing is available on our Pricing page.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
The Sinora platform, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by WCA Technologies. All rights are reserved.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or generate through the Service. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall WCA Technologies be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us at care@sinora.ai.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted from our servers within 30 days. You may request a copy of your data before account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
